Getting support through Genesys has never been easier.
We’ve just added new helpdesk functionality that will allow you to open your own tickets without even having to call us! All you need is a valid email address and you’re set!
And don’t worry. You’ll still receive the same high level of support and response times that you’re accustomed to with Genesys. If it’s an emergency, don’t worry about that, either! Because the ticketing system also pages our mobile phones for your important call-out.
