  • Bronze Level SLA – £15/month
    • Includes two (2) free hours of on-site support, each month
    • 24-hr guaranteed response time
  • Silver Level SLA – £25/month
    • Includes four (4) free hours of on-site support, each month
    • 24-hr guaranteed response time
  • Gold Level SLA – £45/month
    • Includes eight (8) free hours of on-site support, each month
    • 24-hr guaranteed response time
  • Platinum Level SLA – £75/month
    • Includes ten (10) free hours of on-site support, each month
    • 6-hour guaranteed response time
    • Access to 24-hour emergency pager

We offer custom tailored service solutions to all of our commercial clients – from shops in the High Street, to large businesses – and would be happy to provide a custom quote to you.
