Private Consumers:
- Bronze Level SLA – £15/month
- Includes two (2) free hours of on-site support, each month
- 24-hr guaranteed response time
- Silver Level SLA – £25/month
- Includes four (4) free hours of on-site support, each month
- 24-hr guaranteed response time
- Gold Level SLA – £45/month
- Includes eight (8) free hours of on-site support, each month
- 24-hr guaranteed response time
- Platinum Level SLA – £75/month
- Includes ten (10) free hours of on-site support, each month
- 6-hour guaranteed response time
- Access to 24-hour emergency pager
